Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available to
support educational services through maternity leave coverage and
itinerant student support in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The
assignment begins immediately and extends through August 7, 2026,
offering a commitment to serve students in both classroom and
itinerant settings within Lackawanna County and Dunmore. Key
Responsibilities: - Provide speech-language therapy to students in
school settings, addressing a variety of communication disorders -
Support itinerant students by delivering services across multiple
locations within the service area - Collaborate with educators,
families, and other professionals to develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) - Maintain accurate
documentation and compliance with school district policies and
state regulations Qualifications and Experience: - Certificate of
Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure mandatory - Prior experience
working in a school-based environment essential - Ability to obtain
and complete all necessary Pennsylvania clearances - Reliable
transportation for onsite service delivery - Comfortable with
Zoom-based interviews as part of the hiring process Additional
Information: - Full-time position, 35 hours per week; part-time
candidates may also be considered - Onsite work; telepractice
