Responsibilities This position is primarily responsible for protecting the company assets by reconciling store bank deposits, credit card transactions and completing account reconciliations. Also, audit daily sales transactions from stores and Ecommerce sites. Position will assume responsibility for reconciling daily store banking for Spencer and Spirit including cash deposits and credit card transactions Prepare the bi-weekly cashbook deposit, sort and distribute mail, and seal checks from Accounts Payable Assist with completing monthly account reconciliations for Spencer and Spirit stores in the US and Canada Perform daily audit of POS register sale transactions Learn Ecommerce transactional flow and resolve guest services customer issues Qualifications Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with various Accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Extremely detail-oriented Knowledge of banking procedures is helpful Excellent use of time management, multi-tasking and follow-through The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position. Pay Range $45,000 - $60,000
