Read on to find out more!Position SummaryImage Solutions is growing! We are hiring a Northeast Territory Sales Manager, based near Newark, NJ. This role will drive all aspects of new business development in the Northeast territory. The Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business, launching new programs, and providing a great experience to customers. There is extensive hunting involved. The territory covered will be companies headquartered in the following states: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington D.C. The position will have no direct reports. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree required• Minimum 10 years successful enterprise sales experience which includes managing accounts and assisting with the complete buyer’s journey – from identifying needs, offering solutions through service and products, and following up on referrals• Excellent “hunter” with experience prospecting and closing a complex sale with a longer sales cycle• Proven experience calling on high-level decision makers and persuading them to close the sale• Proficiency in creating presentations and presenting sales and marketing material aimed at closing deals• CRM experience and proficiency. HubSpot experience is ideal• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously and remotely• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills to ensure the achievement of sales goals are met and maintained• 20% Travel which includes overnight air travelResponsibilities • Closing new business• Prospect for new accounts through various methods such as internet research, participating in trade shows, social media and cold calls • Manage prospecting and selling process through HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Educate customers on Image Solutions’ service for their uniform program through a consultative selling approach • Utilize marketing tools and build a robust sales pipeline with diversified account base • Proficiency to create sales presentations to communicate Image Solutions strengths to potential customers • Schedule and hold weekly meetings with Sales Leadership to review activity and plans for the week• Develop deep relationships and collaborate extensively with all internal departments at Image Solutions to spec and quote customer opportunities• Participate in New Customer Engagement reviews with all existing customers in the region• Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for sales What’s In It for You? • Competitive base pay and annual bonus• Commission plan for new business• A supporting, thriving team focused work culture and environment.
