Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: Manage
transactions from contract to close Track deadlines, documents, and
compliance requirements Manage calendars, confirmations, Prepare
weekly reports Support listings, investors, and internal projects
Identify issues early and escalate proactively Follow-up Boss
experience preferred Prepare documents Qualifications: Motivated to
serve people and provide excellent customer service High school or
equivalent required, some college experience preferred Background
or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination,
titles, and mortgages preferred Real estate license preferred
