Food Group is seeking a Director of Business Management,
Foodservice to drive profitability, optimize sales processes, and
enhance the customer experience. This leadership role will focus on
pricing and margin management, strategic sales planning, process
improvement, and team development. Reporting directly to the
Foodservice Sales VP, you will collaborate with cross-functional
teams, develop business strategies, and ensure operational
excellence. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise,
business acumen, and leadership skills to optimize our foodservice
operations. This is an onsite role in our Hatfield, PA location.
Who You Are A strategic thinker with a strong background in
pricing, profitability, and P&L management (8 years in
foodservice sales or manufacturing preferred). A collaborative
leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and can
influence without direct authority. A problem-solver with an
innovative mindset, comfortable challenging existing processes and
driving change. A mentor and team builder who develops talent and
fosters professional growth. What Youll Do Optimize pricing and
profitability, managing margin strategies and pricing approvals to
maximize revenue. Lead and develop a team of Business Managers,
ensuring alignment with business goals and performance
expectations. Drive operational improvements, streamlining
forecasting, business planning, and sales execution. Leverage data
and insights, working closely with sales teams to refine strategies
