Job Description:Consumer Credit Card's Client Selection & Offer
Strategies Team is seeking a Product Consultant that will help
develop and execute Brand consumer credit card acquisition programs
within Bank of America Financial Centers. The Product Consultant
will work closely with Card Product Strategy teammates, Marketing
and Channel partners to enhance card strategic objectives including
associate communication and training, card sales effectiveness and
program execution.This individual contributor will have a history
of successfully working across multiple cross functional teams to
develop a vision, set a strategic roadmap and influence program
implementation. Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership
skills, client centric, be a creative and resourceful team player,
and passionate about delivering card solutions to our 58 million
consumer clients.Consumer Card Product Manager - Sales Enablement
Additional Responsibilities include:Deliver on achieving Consumer
Credit Card growth sales and loan growth targets within our
Financial CentersDevelop approach and tactics to advance Card
strategies, promoting best in class solutions and increasing card
conversions in the Financial CenterEnsure sales process and tools
are working as designed and there are no client experience gaps as
well as identifying improvement opportunitiesMonitor competitor
Financial Center landscape and identify opportunities to enhance
our card processes and/or offeringsCollaborate with Channel
partners to develop, implement and support strategies to improve
consumer credit card sale effectivenessRequired Skills: Strong
knowledge of Financial Center sales process and platformsExhibit
strong drive for results and success; convey a sense of urgency to
achieve outcomes and exceed expectationsStrategic leader with the
proven ability to build a strategy from the ground up and
successfully execute programsExcellent project management and
organizational skills; ability to collaborate, manage, and expand
relationships across the organizationAbility to prioritize work,
manage complexity, multiple projects and deliver solutions on tight
deadlinesAbility to think analytically, using data to support
recommendations and balancing risk/rewardExcellent verbal and
written presentation skills; ability to create executive ready
presentationsDesired Skills:College Degree - B.A or B.S.
preferred3+ years of prior product management experience3+ years of
prior Financial Center experienceShift:1st shift (United States of
