Company: P&C / Life / Health Insurance, Newark, NJ Virtual, CT Remarks: Retail Advice and Solutions (RAS) brings together the extraordinary face-to-face advice expertise of Company Advisors with Company's Hybrid Advisory team and digital advice capabilities - creating a single organization with end-to-end accountability for delivering holistic financial advice and solutions across the entire advice continuum. RAS is seeking a Hybrid Advisory Sales Executive who will build and grow a team of professionals to deliver holistic financial planning and advice to Company customers and prospects exclusively by phone and/or video chat. By leveraging the power of the Company Advisors registered investment advisor and broker-dealer infrastructure, the Hybrid Advisory team will solve the financial challenges of an expanding addressable market of consumers. The Hybrid Advice Sales Delivery team will deliver detailed, needs-based financial plans, expert advice and will have access to offer / sell a wide array of proprietary and non-proprietary solutions to meet client's needs and financial goals.-- Our ideal candidate is a dynamic sales leader who is passionate about building and managing a hybrid advice capability, agile in their approach, and focused on driving outcomes for success. This leader should have a coaching mindset that helps drive the talent and skills development needed to support a winning hybrid advice model. They will be responsible for building a customer focused end-to-end experience that drives top line revenue, while maintaining a modest cost to serve and operate.-- Key Responsibilities: Leader of team-

  • Build new sales and advice offering capability within Retail Advice & Solutions through a team that will deliver value-added financial planning advice, identification of appropriate solutions the meet the consumer's needs, leading to sales.--
  • Responsible for the sales outcomes resulting from the Hybrid Advice team delivering advice and providing advisory solutions to customers by phone or video chat.--
  • Coach, lead and inspire a team of licensed sales professionals in offering investment advisory planning and solutions by phone and/or video chat. Identify areas of upskilling and coordinate with training partners to ensure workforce readiness.
  • Manage through change management process of the initial build and ongoing team optimization
  • Drive improvement on all identified sales metrics, in addition to customer satisfaction and lead resolution.--
  • Lead pilot initiatives, as needed, in various customer experience efforts inclusively with Retail Digital, Company Advisors and other Company teams or affiliates.
  • Ensure sales practices are best-in class, ensuring the best interest of our customers is always priority.
  • Oversee workforce performance and planning for Hybrid Advice capability, inclusive of budget/expense management, capacity planning, quality control, productivity and performance metrics in partnership with enablement support teams. --Leader of Strategy-
    • Collaborates across the enterprise (e.g., product manufacturers [Life, Annuities, PGIM, Group and Retirement], customer experience, global technology) to define and execute a go-to-market strategy that affords customers the ability to seamlessly pivot from an integrated digital, to hybrid, to face-to-face advice experience, and vice versa.
    • Responsible for establishing sales enablement capabilities that are unique to accelerating the outcomes of the Hybrid Advice channel; orchestrates and maximizes support and sales enablement services consumed by the Hybrid Advice team from across the Company Advisors infrastructure.--
    • Focuses on continuous improvement, process and outcome-optimization to inform and evolve the customer engagement model.
    • Leverages internal partners, market research and technology solutions, where possible, to predict customer behavior, enable revenue drivers and optimize the customer experience.
    • Embraces change to lead in an ever-evolving industry (changing customer expectations, technology, regulations).
    • Thought leader in the financial services and advice space; entrepreneurial mindset and courage to pioneer in this space for Company. Company is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. Salary range specific to Colorado: $192,000-288,000 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement. Qualifications:
      • 10+ years of experience leading a sales team or department within the financial services industry
      • Previous experience with a hybrid (phone/video based) advisory team
      • Dynamic sales leader that can inspire results
      • Demonstrated success as a leader, collaborator, and driver of business outcomes
      • Strong emotional intelligence; ability to lead and cultivate empathy, self-awareness, building trust and harnessing team's intrinsic motivation while delivering advice
      • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team of professionals that deliver holistic financial advice
      • Series 6 or 7, 24 or 26 and 65 required
      • Life/Health and P&C licenses obtainable within 90 days of hire
