Job Information: Located in Eatontown, NJ (starts 5/2/25)
Contract (4-6 weeks), full time: 40-45 hours per week. Immediate hire (starts 5/2/25)
Paying $22 per hour
Dayshift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Two (2) openings)
2nd shift Schedule: Monday - Friday,11:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Two (2) openings.

Temporary Fulfillment Clerk Responsibilities: Assists with the production of "live" debit & credit cards for bank customers
Primary responsibility is operate production machinery designed to transfer customer data on to the physical credit card. Must ensure the security and accountability of live debit and credit cards *significant monetary/credit value. Lots of training provided.
Runs production machinery that produces credit cards (training is provided)
Catalogs completed production runs (debit & credit cards) and secures box of completed/live debit and credit cards inside large bank vault.
Ensures 100% accountability of completed debit and credit cards before they are shipped to customers
Maintains a clean, neat and well-organized work area. Follows written procedures, monitors equipment and communicates with management when issues arise or supplies become low.
Preforms a variety of other duties as assigned. We are a small operation and share responsibilities, help one another on the team and pitch-in wherever needed.


Temporary Fulfillment Clerk Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school education or vocational / technical training is desired (MS Office).
Must be able to work in a Federally regulated work environment (banking)
At least one (1) year experience working in banking (Bank Teller, Money Handling, Office Manager, or any related Warehouse experience)
Must possess attention to detail, able to accurately preform quality inspection of product
Strong computer skills. Should be comfortable at all times on computer.
Must have legible handwriting and be able to write neatly and concisely
Must be able to perform basic data entry and ensure accuracy
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, bend, stoop, carry material, etc.
