Staff Management - SMX is looking for a for a Data-Driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. As the Data-Driven Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our brands and agency partners to execute personalized and relevant campaigns at scale, based on deep human insights and behaviors derived through advanced analytics and modeling.. Pay Rate: $50.00 - $67.00 / hour Duties:

• Partner with brand, media, and agencies to execute a pipeline of digital campaigns that are either influenced and/or activated directly with consumer data (1/2/3rd party data).
• Be the subject matter expert (SME) and point person within complex, cross-functional campaign teams that ensures that consumer data is fully leveraged and coordinated across channels.
• Develop consumer journey maps and activation plans that incorporate a data-driven view that can then be tracked and implemented by respective task owners.
• Scale activations using Mars Wrigley's consumer data platform (CDP), engaging content and programmatic teams. Leverage the audience and segmentation logic within the CDP to maximize campaign performance.
• Provide thought leadership around campaign-level consumer journeys and designs that leverage the CDP.
• Nurture a consumer data-driven mindset across business teams through close collaboration with stakeholders to achieve business results through a consumer focused marketing approach.. Industry: Manufacturing.The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $50.00 - $67.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
