Construction Management- General Construction- GC/CM-Design BuildOur client an excellent Commercial Construction company in the Greater Philadelphia area is actively in search of a commercial senior project manager for a full-time permanent staff position. Commercial construction experience is required for consideration, Commercial office buildings, Academic, Institutional, Healthcare, Corporate Headquarters, Higher Education, etc. Excellent reputation for quality work, very low turnover offering a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salary, bonus potential and incentives. -If you are seeking an organization that provides stability (staff employment averaging 7-10 years +), has a book of work, career growth and a first-rate company you are proud to say you work for, this is it. Approximately seven (7) years or more of commercial experience
Experience managing large multi-million-dollar projects -$10-40+ million
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience
College Degree desired, NOT required (Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering or relevant degree)
