Some of the ways we're growing the best plants possible for the betterment of humanity include:Researching and understanding plants at unprecedented levels to be better farmersElevating local communities by increasing access to nutritious, high-quality, consistent, and safe products in a way that's better for people and the planetProtecting and sustaining our environment for future generationsSetting a new standard for food safety and traceability in our indoor vertical farmsInvesting in our AeroFarms team and fostering a diverse company culture of inclusion, equity, excellence, learning and growthhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pPX7ZS0wqWIAs a Business Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to support AeroFarms's success through data-driven insights.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Pull, analyze, and report data trendsTranslate data from various sources to provide actionable insights to AeroFarms leadership teamAnalyze promotional data to identify trends and discover insights to inform future promotional strategyAutomate departmental OKR/KPI reports to improve reporting efficiencySupport weekly and monthly reporting for internal business reporting and external selling materialsDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, creating and refining best practices and processes for successful project executionQualifications: 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of professional experience within finance, consumer packaged goods, analytics, or other relevant field.Skills & ExperienceExcel proficiencyPowerPoint proficiencyExperience with data visualization, and reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BISyndicated Data experience preferred, but not requiredCollaboration skillsEffective communicatorHighly organizedPersonal Attributes:Collaboration: We know we cannot fix the world's problems as individuals - we have to work together as a team to make change happen.
