Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Mining various data sources and or providing visualization and analysis of complex data structures. Manage creation and distribution process to ensure all contractual obligations are met with regard to data content and timeliness constraints. Develop, drive, and track the definition of fundamental metrics Provide support on development of dashboards tracking key metrics of program / provider or client performance. Establish relationships with all departments and levels of the organization in order to understand the information needs of each. Assist with any ad hoc requests or special projects that require data analysis. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant experience Experience mining various data sources and or providing visualization and analysis of complex data structures. Intermediate SQL Experience required Experience supporting Business Analysts with reporting preferred Analyst must possess time management skills, demonstrate the ability to work independently, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsMUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):Must have SQL development skills, basic visualization techniques and strong analytical skills.DESIRED SKILLS:Experience in Tableau software is desired.EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in related field required.CompensationThe pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and AncillariesMedical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.
