All in an awesome work environment because of a positive culture based around you and all our teammates.Benefits & PerksAlong with great pay, you will have access to company---Healthcare, Dental, and Vision benefitsPaid Time Off (PTO), Paid Sick Days, and Paid Holidays401K and matchReferral BonusesResponsibilities:What you'll be doingPerform general repairs and preventative maintenance of common areas, building systems and utilities.Escalate major mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing system repairs to 3rd party contractors.Routinely inspect boilers & hot water heater, schedule pest exterminations and inventorying supplies.Troubleshoot tripped breakers, leaking pipes and water intrusion.Document inspections of equipment including chillers, cooling towers, water heaters, pumps, and fan coils.Complete painting, plastering, basic carpentry and related handyman requests as required.Assist building management with special projects and related job duties as requested.Qualifications:What's needed to do the jobExperience inspecting and repairing commercial cleaning and maintenance equipment is pretty much required. Familiarity with various brands and routine preventative maintenance, use of hand and power tools as well being able to read blueprints and repair manuals also required.---and now the Requirements3-5 years of related preventative maintenance experience.Strong mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and basic HVAC knowledge.High School diploma or equivalent.Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.Willingness to work and ability to perform during emergencies.Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.English required and Spanish is a plus.#iCIMS1Job Applicant Privacy PolicyEvery day we strive to empower our associates to be their very best, enabling them to perform at the utmost level.
