Job Description At Ranco Prcision Sheet Metal, Inc we manufacture, package, and ship musical Cowbells. We are looking for a few good people part-time to work in our packaging department. Job Description/Responsibilities: Inspection/packaging/shipping/loading, organization of orders Follow all safety procedures and proper lifting techniques Inventory regulation to ensure adequate supply levels Clean warehouse and other labor-intensive duties as assigned Works in such a manner as to prevent shortages and damage to any and all product Complies with established Company policies and procedures Assumes other duties as assigned Physically hand load or load by forklift Other duties may be required as assigned Experience/Skill/Physical Requirements: Must be attentive to detail and have a strong work ethic Must work well in a team environment Ability to follow directions from other experienced employees and supervisors Good English communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Good organization skills to perform a variety of tasks A High School diploma or equivalent preferred Experience using a forklift and/or hydraulic pallet jack preferred but not necessary Physical mobility and ability to lift 40 lbs. Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
