Job Description:
Job Description: This position is responsible for monitoring and
driving the daily performance of outbound call delivery for
Collections and Recovery, with a specific focus on Mortgage/Home
Loans. Key responsibilities of this role include but are not
limited to: mortgage data analysis, coordinating the execution of
calling strategies, maintaining adherence to investor compliance
guidelines, and to serve as liaison between call delivery and
various lines of business. Outbound Call Delivery contributes to
lowering delinquencies, reducing losses and maximizing outbound
calling contacts and efficiency across all lines of business. A
Consumer Production Strategic Analyst II will review results, as
well as create analytics using SQL. The Analyst must be able to
understand system reports, key metrics, the drivers of the metrics,
and put together presentations to explain results to key partners.
This position requires frequent interaction with managers and
senior managers in Collections and Recovery and business support
partners. They should possess beginner to intermediate programming
and analytics experience with SQL in order to maintain/enhance
existing productivity reports. This person is part of a team
responsible for the day-to-day identification and trouble-shooting
of production impediments. May assist in designing, documenting,
implementing, and monitoring of new products/services. Provides
guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural,
technical and/or operational changes. Incumbents have full working
knowledge of operations environment acquired through experience in
an operations environment and on the job training. Individuals
typically have a minimum of 2 years of experience Required Skills:
Programming and analytics experience with SQL (intermediate)
Skilled with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
specifically the ability to create and manipulate pivots from raw
data and create high quality presentations for leadership
Technology aptitude and understanding of Aspect Dialer call center
technologies, UCRS, Nuance/Varolii, and Workforce Management tools
Knowledge of supported products and segments: Mortgage investor
requirements, HUD, CFPB, etc. Strong analytical and problem solving
abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies,
methodologies, and systems Excellent written and verbal
communication skills Independent self-starter, with a proactive
approach to the role Ability to work in a fast-paced, multiple
priority environment, extremely organized, with a proven attention
to detail while driving accurate and quality results Build
relationships and think critically about people, process, and
technology opportunities for future improvement Work remotely to a
business support team/group environment; demonstrate a
willingness/desire to share experiences or ideas with others; yet
also having the ability to work independently and possibly in a

Skills: 2+ years experience in a Call Delivery position (Outbound
or Inbound) Programming and analytics experience with SAS Technical
skills in data mining (SAS/SQL) as demonstrated by a minimum of 2
years experience Experience working within the bank's data
infrastructure (ie. BACARDI, SQL Server, etc.) Understanding of
investor compliance standards within the mortgage industry as well
as regulatory guidelines (FDCPA, CFPB, etc.) Enterprise Job
Description Responsible for performing complex analysis and
modeling. Utilizes a variety of systems including, but not limited
to Excel, Access, Visual Basic, SAS, and InfoQuest at an
intermediary level. Provides analytical support on various
strategies to ensure company goals are met. Coordinates the
production of performance reports and updates for senior
management. May utilize established databases to provide
statistical and financial modeling. Analyzes portfolio trends,
concerning risk, loss trends, marketing performance, portfolio
dynamics, and bureau scoring criteria. Will participate in the
rollout of company-wide pilot programs developed as a result of
programmed models. Duties primarily include the regular use of
discretion and independent judgment. 2-5 years experience
