Provide superior customer service to all owned customer accounts for our Newark FarmReceive orders from customers via email, EDI, and customer portals, enter orders into ERP system, and confirm with customer in a timely manner. Schedules customer delivery appointments and confirms with AeroFarms team and external carriers Works directly with operations and transportation team daily to coordinate product allocations and to ensure customer service levels are achieved, our goal is always to achieve 100% OTIF rateOwnership over our Pack Out Plan of the Day, analyzing harvest yields and finished goods throughout the day to ensure correct amounts packed out daily to hit 100% OTIF rateManage the execution of launches, holiday planning, promotions, and customer orders by managing pack out plan of the day, product allocations, customer communication, and price inputs/changes in ERPOwns tracking inventory levels of harvested and finished goods product to reduce excess finished goods and mitigate shortages including working with sales team for call outs of excess product in advancePrepare sales and operations reports and perform root cause analysisDrive process improvements and cost savings initiatives within the supply chainRequirements
1-3 years of relevant experienceA bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalentProficient in using and synthesizing data in ExcelVery strong attention to detailMust be analytical and a problem solverAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of ERP and TMS systemsPassion, energy, and interpersonal skills to build exceptional customer relationships and share the exciting AeroFarms storyPreferred:
Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training and/or certificationPersonal Attributes
