opportunity with one of our Key Industrial conglomerate clients. It
offers a wide range of products and services, including
rechargeable batteries, automotive and avionic systems, industrial
systems, as well as home renovation and construction.. For the role
of Remote:: Sr. HRIS Analyst position with 3-6+Months ((Possibility
of extension / Possibility of Conversion)
Job Role: Sr. HRIS Analyst
Duration: 3-6+ Months (Possibility of extension / Possibility of
5+ years of HRIS experience, preferably utilizing Workday HR
Minimum 3-5 years' experience working with Workday and other HR
applications, preferably in a global organization
BA or BS in Human Resources and/or Computer Science, or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Leads initiatives needed to configure, maintain, and resolve issues
or defects in a timely and efficient manner with exceptional
customer service across the Workday ecosystem overseeing modules
that include Benefits, Performance, Recruiting, and Talent.
Education and Experience
Demonstrated successful project/process management experience
Demonstrated experience of Workday configuration through
implementation and/or prototype stages, and ability to adapt
quickly to learn new systems and processes through instruction and
self-training a plus.
Good organizational and time management skills. Proven record of
setting delivery commitments and meeting expectations. Background
in Project Management is a plus.
Proven experience administering multiple integrated HR systems
Familiarity with a variety of the HR concepts, practices, and
Experience working within a Global HR environment highly
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Fundamental knowledge of position management as it relates to HR
ONGOING HR SYSYTEMS ADMINISTRATION
Strong understanding of the touchpoints between modules and/or
connections within Workday within each of the functional areas
Responsible for managing and providing timely and consistent
resolution to Tier 2 Workday related inquiries that are captured in
a centralized ticketing system
Responsible for the successful implementation of new functionality
and/or processes within project timelines.
Effectively partners with teams including Compensation, Payroll,
Finance, IT, and others to provide support, and to make
recommendations needed to automate, standardize, and scale existing
Manage the setup, configuration data and structures within the
functional area in Workday to drive efficiencies, analytics,
processes, and configuration to business unit designs, reporting
Support the configuration and processes of the recruiting ATS
Generate standard audit reports on daily, weekly, monthly,
quarterly, or annual basis
Assist users within HR as needed to enable them to utilize all HR
systems more effectively
Supports semi-annual regression testing, and the review and
implementation of optional features and upgrades.
Participates in other HR related special projects and initiatives
