Zelis brings adaptive technology, a deeply ingrained service culture, and comprehensive navigation through adjudication and payment platform to manage the complete payment process.Overview - As our Sr HRIS Analyst, you will play a vital role to support configurations, operation, and optimization of Workday - Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, Recruiting, and Talent in the fulfillment of organizational goalsLocation: Bedminster, New Jersey. 1-2 days in office.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of HR systems and functions.
  • Support configuration and operation of Workday - Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, Recruiting, Talent in the fulfillment of organizational goals
  • Create new and modify existing Workday reports based on business requirements
  • Provide statistical analysis and interpretation of report data as required.
  • Develop and execute an end-user training plan and coordinate key roll-out activities
  • Hands on experience in EIBs, Connector and/or Studio would be a plus.
  • Serve as subject matter expert to business end-users, addressing user questions and troubleshooting issues
  • Assess new Workday releases for changes that will impact current business processes. Evaluate new features/functions for rollout to end-users and recommend solutions/alternatives to mitigate business risk relative to these changes
  • Work with team to fully test and QA new Workday releases
  • Provide production Tier 3 support including analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to configuration, business process, integrations, data or other systems issues.
  • Ensure that defined application controls are maintained and followed
  • Identify and implement ideas for improving processes and methodologies, particularly where new features in the Workday can be used to improve current processes
  • Liaise with business end-users to translate business needs into requirements and recommend appropriate configurations, business rules, and business process workflows in the Workday tenant and supporting applications
  • Independent judgment and strong initiative combined with the ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Coordinates testing to ensure that interrelated data and processes are thoroughly tested. Ensure proper testing is completed so required specifications are met with efficient, accurate and quality information.
  • Utilizes Excel and other applications to manipulate, analyze and logically present data to end users at many levels of the organizations
  • Investigate and resolve interface issues between third party vendors and internal systemsQualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 5+ years' HR Systems experience required.
    • Minimum of 3+ years' Workday experience required
    • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with all levels within the organization
    • Must be organized with an ability to manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments in a timely manner
    • Detail-oriented with strong ethics and integrity.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to learn and maintain a high level of confidentiality.Supervisory Responsibilities:
