As our Sr HRIS Analyst, you will play a vital role to support
configurations, operation, and optimization of Workday - Core HCM,
Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, Recruiting, and
Talent in the fulfillment of organizational goalsLocation:
Bedminster, New Jersey. 1-2 days in office.Key
Responsibilities:
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of HR systems and functions.
- Support configuration and operation of Workday - Core HCM,
Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, Recruiting, Talent
in the fulfillment of organizational goals
- Create new and modify existing Workday reports based on
business requirements
- Provide statistical analysis and interpretation of report data
as required.
- Develop and execute an end-user training plan and coordinate
key roll-out activities
- Hands on experience in EIBs, Connector and/or Studio would be a
plus.
- Serve as subject matter expert to business end-users,
addressing user questions and troubleshooting issues
- Assess new Workday releases for changes that will impact
current business processes. Evaluate new features/functions for
rollout to end-users and recommend solutions/alternatives to
mitigate business risk relative to these changes
- Work with team to fully test and QA new Workday releases
- Provide production Tier 3 support including analysis and
troubleshooting of issues related to configuration, business
process, integrations, data or other systems issues.
- Ensure that defined application controls are maintained and
followed
- Identify and implement ideas for improving processes and
methodologies, particularly where new features in the Workday can
be used to improve current processes
- Liaise with business end-users to translate business needs into
requirements and recommend appropriate configurations, business
rules, and business process workflows in the Workday tenant and
supporting applications
- Independent judgment and strong initiative combined with the
ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Coordinates testing to ensure that interrelated data and
processes are thoroughly tested. Ensure proper testing is completed
so required specifications are met with efficient, accurate and
quality information.
- Utilizes Excel and other applications to manipulate, analyze
and logically present data to end users at many levels of the
organizations
- Investigate and resolve interface issues between third party
vendors and internal systemsQualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent
experience
- Minimum of 5+ years' HR Systems experience required.
- Minimum of 3+ years' Workday experience required
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills;
ability to work with all levels within the organization
- Must be organized with an ability to manage workload
efficiently to fulfill commitments in a timely manner
- Detail-oriented with strong ethics and integrity.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to learn and maintain a high level of
