Client Domain/Industry: (Electronics) - Experis, a ManpowerGroup company has an exciting job opportunity for a Workday HCM And Reporting Analyst (Only W2). This position is a 4 months' Contract with possible extensions, for one of our key clients, a major Electronic MNC which is a worldwide leader in the development of diverse electronics technologies and solutions for customers in the consumer electronics.
Job Title: Workday HCM And Reporting Analyst
Location: Remote due to COVID19. Post COVID restrictions are being lifted off this job can be done from the client's Newark, NJ office.
Skills/ Experience Needed:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering, or related technical discipline) or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
5+ years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting, Integration support and data analysis
Workday certifications preferred
Experience with BIRT, Discover Boards, People Analytics, or PRISM is a plus (Please have the candidate complete the attached screening questions PRIOR to submission.)
Should the candidate be selected to interview, the manager will be expecting the candidate to demonstrate building a simple report - and then additional questions to build on the report that would demonstrate various areas of report writing and the candidates thought process when building a report.
Proficiency in Workday HCM report writing (advanced Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Calculated Fields).
Ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements.
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with highly confidential data.
Working knowledge of HR information systems, including experience in designing, building, and testing reports in various HR applications.
Ability to work and coordinate with third parties on data related inquiries.
Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, iLoad, and Customer Central).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership.
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
