Ref ID: 02710-0011334410Classification: Business Systems AnalystCompensation: $14.25 to $16.50 hourlyOur client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst in the Newark, NJ area, APPLY TODAY!Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately process daily financial gift transactions from all sources including Online Giving,Archtics Donations, and Live Donations (Pledges/Opportunities, Checks, Credit Cards) Accurately process Event donations and registrationsAccurately process Donor membershipsGenerate and process acknowledgement letters dailyRegularly check and confirm status of matching giftsSend daily email gift announcements to Development StaffScan gift documentation to be shared with Development and Finance staffMaintain the central files of scanned gift documentationSupport monthly gift and event reconciliations with Finance and Senior Manager Generate monthly invoice reports and mailing of invoices.Ensure accuracy of Donor Records/Memberships Records and Gift Opportunity Records Maintain data in Sales Force and ArchticsAssist with the review and processing of donor recognition lists as needed for program books, newsletters, annual reports and bannersAssist the Administrative team with departmental central filing of donor acknowledgment lettersAssist with the preparation of mailing listsRun standard and custom queries and reports as needed Perform other duties as assignedQualifications and Special Requirements:Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience in gift processing and database administrationStrong technology skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Salesforce CRM fund raising softwareStrong understanding and experience with relational databasesKeen attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamnjpacJob Requirements:Salesforce Platform, Gift Processing, Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Excel, CRM Please send resume to Lenny.Demo@rht.comRobert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
