SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a motivated Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives that will enhance our client firm’s market presence. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, content creation, event planning, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth and brand consistency. What You’ll Do: Create and implement strategic marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms. Track and report on marketing performance, using data to optimize strategies. Support content development for the firm’s website, social media, and collateral materials. Work with sales and product teams to align branding and communication strategies. Assist in the planning and promotion of the firm’s hosted industry events. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in finance or a technology-driven environment. Experience managing marketing automation tools (Salesforce/Marketing Cloud experience preferred). Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
