Job Description Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Manager, Multicultural Brand Marketing to support brand and acquisition initiatives for the Hispanic market. This role plays a critical, highly visible part in ensuring marketing campaigns are linguistically accurate, culturally relevant, and aligned across Spanish and English executions. The ideal candidate is a bilingual and bicultural marketing professional who brings strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams and external creative partners. W Key Responsibilities Support Hispanic market brand and acquisition marketing campaigns across multiple channels Review marketing assets to ensure: Accurate messaging and terminology No language or translation errors Consistency between Spanish and English versions Provide reviews, approvals, and clear, constructive feedback to creative partners Ensure messaging accurately reflects: Product coverage Reliability Features and benefits Partner with Brand teams who provide visual and creative direction while owning message accuracy and consistency Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure culturally appropriate, high?quality deliverables e Campaign Channels Television Radio and audio Digital and online advertising Video assets Required Qualifications Bilingual and bicultural (Spanish & English) — must read, write, and speak both languages fluently Background in marketing, communications, or brand management Experience level: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience OR Recent graduate with strong marketing internship experience and exposure to campaign materials Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast?paced environment • Tools & Skills PowerPoint Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel
