Position Overview: The product marketing team distills complex
technologies into clear customer stories that communicate our
benefits and then works with marketing and sales teams to ensure
they are leveraged to drive demand. We develop awesome marketing
assets, measure our success, and look for ways to improve. We
juggle multiple priorities and execute high-quality deliverables
small and large. We seek an experienced, energetic, results-driven
storyteller to bring our industry-leading Data Platform to life for
customers, analysts, and sales teams. As a Technical Marketing
Manager, you will combine your technical expertise with your
marketing acumen to effectively communicate the value and benefits
of our products to both technical and non-technical audiences. You
will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including
product management, sales, and marketing to develop effective
go-to-market strategies, create compelling messaging and
positioning, and drive demand-generation efforts. Youre an
experienced technical professional who is ready for the challenge
of joining a fast-growing company. You are creative, resourceful,
and goal-oriented. You enjoy the ability to deliver clear written
and visual material to tell outstanding stories that inspire
customers to buy your products and influencers to write about them.
You are familiar with cloud storage technologies and how best to
communicate their benefits to various audiences. Responsibilities
Include: Develop and execute product marketing strategies and
content to position our cloud-native data solutions effectively in
the market. Create high-quality technical content, including
whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, blog posts, videos, and
technical documentation, to educate and engage our target audience.
Develop and deliver compelling product presentations and
demonstrations, both internally and externally, to showcase the
capabilities and benefits of our cloud data storage solutions.
Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and sales
teams to understand product features, capabilities, and competitive
differentiators, and translate them into compelling marketing
messages and value propositions. Enable the sales team with the
necessary technical training, tools, and resources to effectively
position and sell our cloud data storage solutions. Work closely
with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools,
training, and support to sell and position our AI and ML data
storage solutions effectively. Collaborate with demand generation
teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, leveraging both
inbound and outbound marketing tactics, to generate leads and drive
customer engagement. Create and ensure the successful execution of
the go-to-market strategy across the larger marketing team Stay up
to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best
practices in cloud data storage and related domains, and share
relevant insights and knowledge with internal stakeholders. Primary
Qualifications You have over 5 years of experience in product
and/or solution marketing Proven experience in technical product
marketing, product management, or related roles within the cloud
storage or data management industry. Deep understanding of cloud
data storage technologies, architectures, and industry trends,
including knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
and storage protocols (object storage, block storage, file
storage). You are a storyteller able to break down complex concepts
into simple and clear terms and a strong writer and visual
communicator Strong technical aptitude and the ability to
effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both
technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience in
creating a wide range of content, such as webinars, whitepapers,
case studies, blog posts, and videos. Experience in developing
go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging for
technical products. You have demonstrated ability in launching and
growing innovative technology products through the product
lifecycle Passion for technology, cloud computing, and data
storage, with a customer-centric mindset. You have a bachelor’s
degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, MBA or
