Salesforce Administrator Newark, NJ Contract to Hire (3 months) NO AGENCIES - THIS IS NOT A CORP-CORP OPPORTUNITY US citizens and Green Card Holders and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor H1B candidates at this time. Our client, a growing energy company, is looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator for a 3 month contract-to-hire position. In this role you will provide support to the organization through the customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform. This position will manage the Salesforce platform, including security, dashboards and reporting, workflows, and provide training and support to users. They need someone who is very familiar with Sales and Service Cloud and is comfortable working with end users to understand business requirements. This is a highly collaborative role interfacing with many different areas of the business with a high level of visibility. The successful candidate is a self-starter, fast learner, team player, and will have a blend of business acumen and technical prowess. Job Duties Responsibilities Manage Salesforce security (users, roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets, and groups). Maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Lightning applications. Configure page layouts, list views, custom objects fields, report types, etc. Develop dashboards, reports, workflows, and custom views. Proactively manage all cases including those received from Marketing, Sales, and Operations, while troubleshooting issues. Prepare weekly review of all open and closed cases. Work with 3rd party vendor, especially focused on testingvalidating all coding changes. Develop training materials and provide training and support to end users as needed. Maintain data integrity and accuracy for all input, and inboundoutbound data, including cleansing and duplicate record management. Manage installed applications, and connections to add-on or 3rd party software. Proactively evaluate and plan for new releases of Salesforce and installed software to ensure business continuity. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven track record of being the sole or lead support of a Salesforce environment. Sales Service Cloud Lightning experience a must. Candidates with Field Service Lightning a huge plus. Solid experience with Salesforce leveraging features such as custom fields, custom objects, validation rules, workflow rules, Visual Force pages, reports, and dashboards. Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Office tools. Proven track record of using Salesforce to solve business problems. Minimum 3 years managing Salesforce environment. Any call center software experience a plus. Any workforce automation software experience a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively. Focus on delivering results that achieve business outcomes and lasting relationships. Experience gathering requirements and turning into solutions. Energetic, self-confident and persuasive with all levels of audiences. Able to adapt to a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar field desired but not required. Experience and expertise will be valued higher than formal education.
