champion, change agent and subject matter expert committed to
creating a culture of inclusion. Ensures that diversity, equity and
inclusion principles, practices and processes are embedded across
the talent life cycle and work environment. Ensuring the voice of
employees at all levels of the organization are welcome and
involved in the formation of programs, practices and other
activities. This role will serve as a key partner and subject
matter expert for the business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition,
Leadership & Learning, Corporate communications and other key
partners to drive our S&B strategy and inform talent
development roadmap. Responsible for refining, implementing and
evolving the strategic blueprint through the design, development
and integration of targeted talent programs and initiatives. And
finally, will utilize metrics and data to measure success and drive
accountability.ABOUT YOUAs a Senior Leader of Spectrum & Belonging,
you will be a driving force behind creating an inclusive culture at
Audible. You are commercial, strategic and empirical in the way
your approach Spectrum and Belonging at Audible. You'll act as a
champion, change agent and subject matter expert committed to
weaving diversity, equity and inclusion principles into the fabric
of our organization. You have acute cultural awareness,
sensitivity, and flexibility with knowledge of principles, methods,
and tools in diversity and inclusion. Adept at leveraging metrics
and data, you'll ensure that diversity equity and inclusion
principles, practices and processes are embedded across the
business and talent life cycle and work environment through the
creation of talent programs and initiatives. In addition, you'll
serve as a subject matter expert for business leaders within HR,
Talent Acquisition, Leadership & Learning, Corporate communications
and other key partners to drive our S&B (Spectrum & Belonging)
strategy.You understand DEI concepts and best practices;
demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to
identify and address complex DEI-related challenges within the
organization. And you are able to leverage project management
skills to plan, implement, and monitor DEI programs and
initiatives. Given your strong listening and empathy skills, you
have the ability to understand and address the needs and concerns
of employees as well as to work collaboratively with
cross-functional teams, including HR, leadership, and employee
resource groups, to drive DEI efforts. You are able to gain buy-in
and support from stakeholders at all levels of the organization
through Influencing and change management skills. When DEI-related
conflicts or concerns arise, you use your conflict and mediation
skills to address and resolve them.And lastly, you have a genuine
interest and commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and
inclusion within the workplace. You stay committed to ongoing
professional development and learning in the field of DEI and are
on top of the latest trends, research and best practices.Your
mission will be to ensure that every voice is heard, valued and
empowered to contribute their unique perspectives. You'll
collaborate with leaders across the company to design and implement
strategic initiatives that foster a sense of belonging for all
employees, regardless of their backgrounds or identities.As a
Senior Leader of Spectrum & Belonging, you will--- - Collaborate
with key stakeholders in the strategic planning, design,
implementation and monitoring of key diversity, equity and
inclusion programs throughout the talent life cycle, ensuring plans
are aligned with our philosophy, talent development frameworks and
organizational strategies and goals. - Build trusted partnerships
with key country, business and People & Places leaders and teams,
and Impact Groups to ensure partnership in the design of strategic
D&I plans as well as any bespoke programming.- Establish a set
of consistent metrics and reporting to enable leaders to assess
performance, inform decisions on how to achieve objectives, and
assess the ROI.- Regularly measure, analyze, report and present
data, highlighting areas of strength and weakness, providing
consultative support to identify opportunities, interventions, and
initiatives for improvement. - Champion all the aspects of
Spectrum- increasing the numbers and other measures working
individually with each business. Key to this is creating bespoke
business plans in partnership with the HRBPS for each business
based on the dynamics of that business. - In collaboration with
corporate communications, help to build and manage the
communication strategy for promoting and highlighting
S&B/D&I programs globally, supporting brand promotion and
evolution. - Serve as a thought partner with other HR, Talent,
Recruiting and Business to lead and support the facilitation of
related learning, performance management, and retention
initiatives. - Proactively engage in the identification of
diversity best practices and benchmarks as input to designing and
implementing initiatives, keeping abreast of emerging trends and
opportunities. - Program manage and cross group coordinate for
D&I activities to include: Drive programs objectives through
program management and defined project plans; manage implementation
activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications
for program/process roll out and ongoing support. Communicate
new/updated programs, policies, and processes to leaders,
employees, and cross functional organizations. - Partner with our
recruitment team to enable and equip recruiters and hiring managers
with the tools, training, and resources to attract underrepresented
talent and set them up for success in the hiring process.ABOUT

Experience operating as strategic global partner for leaders,
defining and delivering diversity, inclusion & equity strategies
with significant business impact- Experience with complex, and/or
confidential problems to surface proposals grounded in subject
matter expertise and internal/external research- 7+ years'
experience working in an HR or business function, preferably with
tech industry background- 5+ years of relevant DEI
experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- A driven, results-oriented and
resourceful leader who is capable of quickly taking control of
their responsibilities and establishing themselves as a credible
strategic partner and can operate independently- Experience and
credibility as a leader in an environment where the ability to
influence, work across a complex matrix, and build relationships
(across all levels) is critical- Strong organizational skills,
successful collaboration with colleagues, and a strong results
orientation- Ability to identify and surfaces risks/opportunities
in org-level strategies and makes trade-offs: business opportunity
vs. resources vs. sustainability- Highly effective written
communicator with the ability to present ideas, concepts and
proposals clearly and concisely, in order to engage teams, peers
