Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Closer for its Operations
team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and prepare preliminary title prep documents and review
loan files for accuracy
Ensure compliance with regulations, resolve issues in the closing
process, and coordinate fund disbursement
Verify closing costs, conduct quality control reviews, and track
individual pipeline for accuracy
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or related experience
5+ years of experience in mortgage roles, preferably within
Closing
Proficiency in mortgage lending regulations, especially TRID
Experience with lender platforms and TPO Portals
Experience in Broker Channel and Non-Delegated/Correspondent
Channel is ideal
