BON APPETIT GLOBAL, INC.Market Accounts Specialist PositionBon Appetit is the premier producer and supplier of packaged baked goods to the convenience and grab n go industries, we are a global, privately held company who leads the category with top selling products.Job Description:TheMarket Accounts Specialist is a company employee who is tasked with operational and sales duties within various assigned areas as the needs arise.TheMarket Accounts Specialist s primary functions are to align the requirements and initiatives of the Accounts andto increase, foster and improve the Company s market leadership position within the industry.The Market Accounts Specialist conducts operational andsales activities by implementing various programs and utilizes their knowledge and expertise to assist Bon Appetit in developing and implementing winning strategies.The Market Accounts Specialist is also responsible for Accounts maintenance and the sales growth of the assigned Accounts.This position reports directly to the General Manager of the region.Requirements:Ability to work independently within the guidelines of the company standards.Strong DSD background, preferably inbakery or similar highly perishable products.Proficient communications skills.Ability to identify and understand market trends, utilize available data to advise and influence Accounts to capitalize on such market trends.Implement customer initiatives.Understand the complete processes of route operations and occasionally operate an open and/or new route.Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.High energy and a drive for sales success and results.Able to tolerate the full schedule and physical demands of assigned tasks.Ability to lift up to 50lbs.Valid driver s license and auto insurance.Ability to travel.Working knowledge of Basic office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and others.
