Job Description:

We have an excellent opportunity for a locums -IM or FP physician who is -interested and available to provide part-time coverage to a client of ours in Essex County, NJ. Details of the position are below:

• Need: -Board-Certified IM or FP Physician -with Women's Health Experience (preferred)
• Licensing: - Active NJ License and DEA
• Experience: 3 year minimum preferred
• Coverage: 3 days per week from 9a - 4:30p (Can work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) -
• Location: Essex County, NJ
• Patient Population: Young adults (student population) -
• Number of Patients: 2-3 per hour
• Scope: - Provide routine medical care, women's health, and primary care services to our clients -Student Population. Exams include a history review, discussion of current concerns, a thorough physical, laboratory screening tests, appropriate cancer screening tests, and tests specific to a medical condition. Primary care also includes periodic age-appropriate health assessments, evaluation, testing, and treatment for accidents or illnesses, acute or chronic. - -
• Assignment Length: 3-6 Months to start with option to extend
• EMR: Medicat
• Support Staff: 1-2 mid-levels, pharmacist, and 4 front office staff onsite
• Vaccination Requirements: COVID, Flu, Tdap, MMR, and Hepatitis B
