Description/Comment:


  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the maintenance and development of Talent Acquisition applications, mainly Jobvite, in the Client North America HR Technology landscape and support the integration of the systems using various tools.
  • The role will closely partner with Talent Acquisition (Recruiting and Onboarding) teams to understand business needs and define system requirements in support of candidate experience.
  • Additionally, this individual will partner with IT developers to offer business process subject matter expertise for the development of integrations.

    Responsibilities:


    • Accountability - 60% - Troubleshoot Jobvite, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, and assist the client in testing the solution Provide Jobvite and Integrations root cause analysis and issue resolution support Create and/or review design elements and sign off on the overall technical design Work with solution vendors and lead technical discussions and decisions.
    • 20% - Understand customer needs and identify appropriate solutions leveraging best practice experience Support all stages of the software development life cycle in collaboration with business stakeholders and our IT functional, technical, data, and security teams to ensure that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business Build and manage relationships with senior leaders within the HR and IT organizations and influence key functional area leaders
    • 20% - Identify and confirm technical risks and develop mitigating approaches Provide coaching and technical mentoring to develop the HR Tech practice

      • Ability to conduct storytelling with data highly preferred e.g. Working conditions, physical requirements, travel, etc.

        Education & Experience:


        • Bachelor's degree preferred
        • 5+ years of relevant work experience
        • Experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Jobvite and other ATS with integrations
        • Experience and knowledge of data management, integration, and web-based security
        • Workday certification or other system certification in relevant support area Preferred Experience:
        • Experience with Jobvite (or other ATS), including integrations with Workday and reporting.
        • Experience with Everify
        • Experience with Workday Onboarding
