Belcan is seeking a Process Operator in Morristown, NJ. This role will manage a pilot plant operation in a GMP environment which manufactures/packages products for clinical studies.

Responsibilities:
* Operate equipment during processing and packaging
* Set-up processing and packaging equipment for running batches and disassemble equipment for cleaning
* Purchase materials for the department
* Unpack and start up new equipment
* Troubleshooting equipment issues
* Documenting work using good documentation practices
* Other GMP document work as assigned

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years experience with processing equipment
* Familiar with working in a GMP environment and using Good Documentation Practices
* Experience with data entry into database
* Experience with operating processing equipment (examples: tablet presses, bin blenders, coating machine, fluid bed drying, etc)
* Mechanical experience with assembly and disassembly of processing/packaging equipment
* Writing operating procedures
