We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.The Operations Leader is key member of the Leadership Team, responsible for high level management of the business unit's operations capacity planning and resources. In this role, you will work closely with the GM establishing annual budgets and achieving Annual Operating Plan. You will also provide coaching and support to Team Leaders.

• DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
  • Responsible for the business unit's operations capacity planning and resources
  • Support business unit growth while continuing to build and lead a strong team of people with cross-functional responsibilities
  • Work with the GM on establishing an annual manufacturing budget.
  • Responsible for aspects of the business unit's operational performance results, including the achievement of Lean Scorecard targets, Materials plan targets and other operational scorecard initiatives
  • Coach team members and continue to support the Creation Core Values while developing a strong culture
  • Serve as a member of the Business Unit's Leadership Team (TLT) and play a key role in the achievement of the Company's Vision and Strategy within the business unit
  • Support other areas of the company with respect to joint initiatives
    • QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Entrepreneurial, innovative, flexible team player with a good business acumen, high degree of personal initiative, strong leadership and people skills and effective presentation abilities
      • Experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry or related industry is strongly preferred
      • Must be driven by high degree of integrity and professional standards
      • Understanding of lean, continuous improvement, quality and related topics, with relevant work experience
      • Related post-secondary business education degree or equivalent is preferred
      • Materials background would be an asset
