  Job Responsibilities
  As a Certified Nursing Assistant with IntelyCare you would be working in post-acute facilities and responsible for the direct care of residents, which can include:

  • Assisting residents with their day-to-day living activities, from eating and grooming to mobility and range of motion exercises.
    
  • Reporting on residents' vital signs and overall condition.
    
  • Working with nursing teams to ensure the comfort and dignity of residents.
    
  • Providing much-needed companionship to residents and responding to their needs.
    
  • Aiding with medical procedures and equipment as needed.
    
  • Ensuring a sanitary environment to promote the overall health of residents.

          Qualifications and Skills
          
          • 
            
          • A state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required
            
          • Any work experience as a CNA is preferred
            
          • Work experience in post-acute or long-term care settings is a plus
            
          • Basic understanding of medical and nursing care terminology
            
          • Patience and the ability to communicate effectively
