Red Cross is currently seeking a Summer Intern within the Training
Services Department to support the Aquatics Team. OUR IDEAL
CANDIDATE:The Aquatics Mission Specialist Intern will support the
expansion of the Aquatics Centennial Campaign. Areas of focus will
be setting up systems to document processes and establish standard
mechanisms for progress and reporting, especially for use in
presentations to leadership and donor stewardship. The intern will
also assist in the envisioning of scalable processes around a pilot
test for a mission-based, out-of-hospital cardiac arrest program in
communities where disparities exist in outcomes. Support the
project work of the Aquatics programs that will be underway,
including Longfellow's WHALE Tales and the Swimming and Water
Safety program. Areas of focus/learning will be on coordinating
subject matter experts as content is developed.WHERE YOUR CAREER IS

Experience: Up to 1 year of related experience.
Management Experience: N/a
Skills & Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication
skills. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Ability to work on a team.
Travel: Must be able to attend at least two meetings in New Jersey
and Washington DC.

will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business office with
computers, phones, and printers, light traffic). The employee must
have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have the ability to
