Job Title: Help Desk SupportJob Function: Work as part of a team on internal IT Help DeskJob Type: Right to HireLocation: Hybrid - mix of remote and onsite in Basking Ridge, NJ (2 days on site)Scope of JobProvide first level IT troubleshooting in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training and assistance where required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Phone/email Help Desk call logging (to its resolution), assist with maintenance of company-based equipment, as well as other support responsibilities.Primary Responsibilities

  • Responds to Help Desk calls and emails for all employees (remote and onsite)
  • Appropriately logs information in Remedy Force Company ticketing system
  • Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment throughout the organization
  • Includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware/software equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
  • Diagnose hardware/software problems and analyze Windows 10/11
  • Deploy and troubleshoot iPhone & Samsung Galaxy mobile devices
    • Configure and deploy laptop images for upgrades/new users
    • Administer and troubleshoot network printers and scanners
    • Maintain and manage file share access, and organizational group policies
    • Maintain and create user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365
    • Administer hosted Cisco VOIP
    • Manage Lifesize & Cisco video systems
    • Write and maintain technical documentationQualifications
      • Experience deploying laptops to employees
      • Knowledge of Windows 10/11
      • Knowledge of Apple and Android operating systems
      • Lenovo ThinkPad T/X Series experience preferred
      • Exposure to Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Office 365, Intune, Azure AD
      • Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery
      • Experience with remote access applications
      • Exposure to computer operating system imaging products
      • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
      • Must be able to work independentlyEducation & Certifications
        • AA or BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
        • A minimum of 2 years of IT related experience in a corporate environment
