Placement on the salary schedule -- The district allows year for
year contracted experience up to 25 years; additional annual
stipends for Masters & Doctoral degrees. Salary Schedule is
considered Total Compensation. Medical benefits are available for
purchase. Employee participation in dental and is mandatory.
