fashion community. The Performance Marketing Lead will be
responsible for developing, executing and analyzing digital
marketing strategies around paid media for the purposes of
acquiring new customers, retargeting, and bringing in topline sales
growth. Performance lead will strategically oversee paid marketing
efforts across all paid channels and ensure program specific ROI
goals and sales targets are being met. Oversee all calendar
communication, ad copy, and creatives used across all channels.
Manage the financial planning of digital marketing across channels,
reforecasting sales targets and shifting spend to drive performance
while adhering to budgets and ROI goals.*This role may be hybrid or
remote. Incumbent must live in NJ or NY. What You'll Do
- Drive acquisition and top-line business growth through all
viable paid social and digital marketing channels.
- Execute paid media strategy across existing social platforms
including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest,
Instagram, Tik Tok etc
- Responsible for individual channel performance, ROI goal
setting and improvements and timely recommendations for incremental
spend.
- Work closely with the planning team to set goals for channel
performance (including top line sales and ROI), tracking
performance against goals and reporting performance to senior
leadership.
- Run constant analysis and evaluation of paid digital channels
(daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) forming actionable insights to
inform channels growth and optimizations to drive results towards
business goals.
- Work closely with content and creative teams to create top
engaging creatives based on past consumer engagement and industry
best practice.
- Create successful audience segments using CRM channels to
successfully execute retargeting campaigns.
- Manage paid marketing budget for efficiency across all paid
channels.
- Identifying and launching new paid marketing channels to drive
overall sales growth.
- Managing external media agencies and working cross functional
with planning, e-commerce, creative and content teams.
- Staying informed of industry trends and best practices and
determining how they can best be employed.Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience directly managing paid eCommerce
campaigns
- Direct management of > $10,000 monthly budgets
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize
- Proven experience scaling purchases or increasing
efficiency
- Understanding of Facebook ad best practices
- Familiarity with ad copy and landing page testing
- eCommerce or fashion industry experience a plus
- Preferably worked in-house, not at an agencyWe recognize that
