Job DescriptionSummaryReporting to an Executive Vice President,
this role requires excellent administrative and organizational
skills, as well as an affinity for a fast-paced, intellectually
challenging, and values-driven environment. The Executive Associate
handles a wide range of administrative tasks and takes on special
projects to support project or organizational goals. The Executive
Associate is well organized, flexible, and enjoys the challenges
that come with supporting multiple functions, projects, and people
in a rapidly growing and dynamic organization. As a strong team
player, this role is required to think and act independently and

Rippel.Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecutive and Board Support
- Serve as the voice and face of Rippel in helping build critical
and sensitive relationships with diverse project partners, Board
members, contractors, funders, and others
- Brief and prepare the President & CEO and Executive
Vice-Presidents (EVPs) for meetings as needed, assisting with
agendas and follow up
- Schedule and coordinate meetings on behalf of the President &
CEO and EVPs, as well as for other senior staff as necessary
- Plan and execute all travel for the President & CEO and
EVPs
- Coordinate activities of the Board of Trustees including Board
meetings, select committees, and special projects including Board
materials, travel, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate and support meetings of leadership teams
- Maintain Board books, minutes, and files Organizational
Activities
- Perform data entry and maintenance of Rippels Contact
Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Coordinate and lead New Jersey office-based meetings and events
and ensure follow up as needed
- Serve as a key liaison between the Morristown and Cambridge
offices
- Provide basic IT support including meeting set up, testing of
technology solutions in advance, and other tasks as needed in
partnership with our IT team
- Act as the first point of contact by greeting visitors,
answering phone calls, and handling services with vendors
- Facilitate the smooth operation of the Morristown office by
maintaining appropriate policies, ensuring the proper functioning
of office equipment, distributing mail, arranging for needed
supplies and food, maintaining the kitchen, and performing other
administrative tasks as needed
- Other duties as assignedSpecial Projects
- Provide high level engagement, coordination, logistical, and
meeting support to project teams
- Conduct research and help support blogs, articles,
presentations, etc.
- Work with external partners and consultants to coordinate
plans, schedules, and activities
- Participate in or lead special other projects as neededTeam

organizationRequirementsQualifications
- Relevant experience in executive level administrative
support
- Relevant experience in a fast paced, collaborative, and
innovative environment
- Alignment with the mission and values of the organization
- Superb attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or with a team; ability to take
initiative and to establish good working relationships with team
members at all levels of the organization and with external
partners as well
- Experience working effectively with diverse colleagues and
clients
- Demonstrated excellent organizational, written, verbal,
intercultural communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters
expeditiously and proactively
- Drive to follow through on projects to successful completion,
often with deadline pressures
- Ability to anticipate needs, seed clarification, and bring
forward issues requiring attention and improvement
- Ability to work on many projects at once and to quickly adapt
to changes in direction
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly
Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as Outlook, Zoom Dropbox,
Wordpress, and other document, meeting and communications
software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information

- The work environment is a typical office setting, requiring
regular sitting, frequent talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
such as typing and writing
- Requires close visual acuity to perform activities such as:
preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a
computer terminal, and extensive reading
- Requires proximity to Morristown, NJ
- Requires capacity to work in the Morristown, NJ office on a
hybrid schedule with the current expectation of working three days
per week in the office

Range: $61,000-$69,000/year Rippel offers a comprehensive and
