Account Executive is a critical role on our road to achieving our
The Major Account Executive is directly responsible to drive
maximum revenue growth. You will perform full sales cycle from
initial outreach to close for new customers with 4+ multi-site,
- Apply our consultative sales approach, conduct a deep dive of
customer needs and apply OpenWorks best fit solution to meet their
- Lead and coordinate complex end-to-end sales cycle including
qualification, solution design, pricing, quoting, and contract
development to close sales.
- Strategize to sell OpenWorks' facility services to multiple
levels of authority inclusive of C-Level Executives through
customized capabilities and proposal presentation both virtual and
face to face.
- Establish and manage a sales funnel of 300-400 prospects.
- Achieve assigned sales and prospecting expectations on a weekly
- Craft plans with accounts to expand depth and quality of
relationships as well as expand breadth of service line sales.
- Proactively assess customer business' requirements and maintain
and educate key stakeholders on OW's values proposition and
- Build and expand relationships with senior leadership to gain
positioning with decision makers and ensure continuity of existing
revenues to drive growth.
- Provide accurate pricing for proposals, which may require
collaboration with Operations.
- Successfully transition your clients to Operations upon closing

- 5+ year's of selling in a service based industry across
multi-state or geographic territories.
- Experience selling commercial cleaning or facilities services a
- Experienced sales professional with a demonstrated ability to
utilize sales methodologies delivered virtually and in person.
