Job Description:

A healthcare claims solutions client is looking to hire a Customer Care Specialist in Bedminster, NJ. The Customer Care Specialist will field 40-60 inbound calls per day from providers, clients, and members. They will attempt first call resolution through provider education and by researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions. The individual will be required to meet specific call center performance metrics of productivity and quality assurance. They should demonstrate excellent customer service skills, which include strong verbal and written communication skills. The first 2 months in the role will be on-the-job, paid, training. We need candidates who can start on August 9th.

-2-3 years of Healthcare or Claims Call Center experience

-Experience fielding inbound phone calls (40-60 calls per day)

-Good communication and phone presence

-Ability to commute on-site to Bedminster, NJ 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5:00 PM

-High school Diploma

-Ability to pass a drug test and background check

-Ability to start on August 9th
