This is a Human Resources Business Partner role, working closely
with the assigned business and translating business needs into HR
solutions and strategies. In partnership with the HR team members
and COEs, the HRBP will be responsible for management and execution
of all aspects of HR within the business including talent
management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation,
organizational design, employee engagement, and DEI (diversity,
equity and inclusion) initiatives. This role will report to the
Head of HR for PGIM Fixed Income.
Partner with the assigned PGIM Fixed Income leaders and HR
colleagues to design and implement HR solutions, tactical
initiatives, programs and policies that achieve short- and
long-term business objectives.
Provide value-added HRBP support and advice to the assigned
leaders and managers.
Manage the employee experience while partnering closely with
business leaders and COEs on talent acquisition, organizational
design, talent development and succession planning and performance
Manage the year-end compensation process in partnership with the
business and the Compensation COE.
Oversee and provide expertise in employee relations issues for
the business in partnership with Employee Relations COE and HR
Develop DEI strategy for PGIM Fixed Income, locally and
