Job Title: C# Developer Job Location: 100% Remote Job Duration: 5 + MonthsDescription: We are actively recruiting for a Sr Developer of Foreign Exchange and Liquidity (FXL) to join our team remotely.To be successful, you will be an analytical creative thinker with an aptitude for computer technology, financial and database systems and the ability to learn financial and business concepts quickly.As the Sr Developer, you will have strong written and oral communication skills and be able to easily articulate sophisticated ideas throughout various levels in the organization.The FXL team develops a 7x24 back, middle and front office cross asset class processing system.The front-end applications include C# and HTML based clients.The back end is C# with a SQL Server database.The backend is windows service based and is scalable vertically and horizontally.As such, you will need to have a strong background across the different technologies and building out nTier applications.Requirements and expectations for the role:Software Design and Development:Ability to work with sophisticated requirements and specification documents, and devise and develop appropriate software solutions Ability to integrate into an existing development team and work with an existing extensive code base Participate in the overall planning and execution of development objectivesResponsible for the creation of programmatic modules, unit tests and test data related to development assignmentsEnsure all development processes and practices are completely and consistently followedAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; as well as define problems, and develop methods to resolve them in a timely mannerDevelopment standards and quality:Maintain the consistently high quality of the software codeEnsure the relevant coverage by unit tests and/or automated testing routinesStrategic Development and Partnership:Partner with peers, management, senior managers, internal and external business users to identify, gather, and understand their goals and to formulate strategies to support them, while prioritizing requests and staying within deadlinesWork collaboratively with team to create and share technology vision on an ongoing basisQUALIFICATIONS:Education:BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent5+ years demonstrated ability in software developmentSolid grasp of C# and .NET FrameworkExcellent understanding of JavaScriptExperience with React or other JavaScript frameworksStrong experience with unit testing with nUnitExcellent knowledge of SQL and SQL ServerSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability, and availabilityExperience in Agile development methodologiesFunctional knowledge of Foreign Exchange processing and Cash Management / Treasury functions including settlements and payments is a nice to haveGood analytical skills in assessing user, functional and technical requirementsGood problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skillsGood English skills (both spoken and written)Job Requirements:C# and .NET Framework , JavaScript, Foreign Exchange, Cash Management / Treasury functions,
