You will be part of a highly collaborative, consultative and ambitious operations team and will lead and provide oversight for the Global HR Data Management (GHRDM) team including all global data, global hierarchy maintenance and outsourced vendor monitoring for EDM. You will play a critical role in maintaining Prudentials human capital data and ensuring integrity from a governance and monitoring perspective.

Your Team

The HR Operations team is seeking a Global HR Data Management Manager for the Global HR Data Management team. You will have oversight for the GHRDM org maintenance design model and BAU processes and will support the execution of the daily volumes of org level changes, including providing consultative support. Youll partner, collaborate and consult directly with the businesses, HR BPs and managers to maintain ongoing department and new supervisory organization processes. You will be accountable to support the GDPR processes and act as backup for DaaS HR data architecture, integrations and Future of Work related processes. You will need to leverage day-to-day experiences to enhance processes to continuously evolve the customer experience.

Your Role

Provide oversight for the management and execution of the GHRDM org maintenance design model, BAU process, and Re-Organization projects

Support the GDPR coordinator and provide guidance on the GDPR data review and maintenance process.

Lead and support the Prudential International Insurance Local In-Country Process for Non USA data and transaction (LICP) for countries not on Workday which will be newly integrated onto the GHRDM team

Oversee Alight vendor monitoring as a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for EDM and work seamlessly with other HR Service Delivery Managers

Serve as backup for DaaS HR data architecture, integrations and Future of Work related processes

Establish processes and create rigor to leverage organizational maintenance related audit/hygiene reports; utilize, analyze or act upon to ensure global data integrity in Workday

Develop process and consult with the business, HR BPs and managers to ensure human capital data management integrity from a governance and monitoring perspective

Reinforce guidance to managers, at all levels in the organization, in support of Manager Self-Serve (MSS) on the process and resources available to complete data management requests

Drive strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders HR Operations leaders, HR business partners, HR CoEs, outsourced vendor, business leaders and other internal partners

Partner with peers across HR Operations to streamline handoffs and provide seamless delivery

Ensure service expectations are met or exceeded, deliver quality and proactively identify trends and opportunities to enhance the customer experience

Reinforce transformative change efforts within the team and across HR and the enterprise

Qualifications

What we are looking for in your background

BA/BS from an accredited college/university preferred

Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in human resources, shared service, operations, management consulting and/or human capital consulting

Proven business acumen and experience building strong and influential relationships across all levels of an organization with a solution-oriented approach and execution mindset

Strong consulting skills and the ability to quickly assess situations, identify gaps, clearly articulate what needs to be done, and mobilize others in the right direction

Results oriented leader with a high degree of independence, discretion, collaboration, courage, resilience, curiosity, agility and adaptability

Strength in project & process management; proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Embraces process evolution, efficiency, technology & automation

Strong communication skills including excellent verbal and written skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail

Ability to be organized, flexible, prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-oriented environment

General understanding of operational metrics and risk management

Highly proficient in MS Office

Strong knowledge of Workday preferred

Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley Controls
