Shift/Pay: 1st & 3rd shift (7:00am-7:00pm) rotating 4 on 3 off then 3 on 4 off @ $18-25 per hour based on experience! Experience in Manufacturing or Production (Preferred) Job Description We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing Associates to assist in running our extrusion machines. You will be partnered with a team lead during the training period to ensure you are well-prepared for the role. Responsibilities Set up and operate all production equipment. Clean all tooling needed for production. Change all tooling for production based on the production schedule. Maintain all quality standards on shift, including the use of dial calipers and micrometers. Label production on each production line. Retrieve all raw materials needed for production. Remove stock from the end of extrusion lines for transfer to inventory. Keep accurate inventory counts on the production manufactured during the shift. Put away production into warehouse stock racks. Complete daily production logs. Skills Extrusion Plastics Loading and unloading Mechanical aptitude Production Machine operating Warehousing 3 years of previous manufacturing experience Additional Skills & Qualifications ISO experience is a plus Willingness to train candidates with good mechanical aptitude Ability to operate safely using all proper personal protective gear including heat resistant gloves, sleeves, and steel-toed boots Why Work Here? Work Environment Our manufacturing plant is loud and deadline-driven, with a team of tenured and hardworking employees. The facility can become very hot, especially during the summer months, so candidates must be comfortable working in the heat. We follow a rotating shift pattern with 12-hour shifts, alternating between day and night every two weeks. Our shifts are structured as follows: 4 days on, 3 days off, then 3 days on, 4 days off, with shifts from 7 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 7 am. We are a worldwide leader in the extrusion of semi-finished thermoplastics, operating since 1932 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boothwyn, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
