2nd shift - 18/hr Job Description Join our team as a BORG Cell
Operator, where you will work within a dynamic cell area, operating
various machinery to create a single part. This role involves
pressing parts together, checking parts, and machining them out
using automated processes. You will be responsible for quality
checking parts frequently and using digital micrometers, calipers,
and gauges to ensure precision. The position requires familiarity
with basic blueprints and work instructions for part assembly and
creation. Responsibilities Operate and manage machinery within a
cell area to create parts. Press parts together and check them for
quality and precision. Use digital micrometers, calipers, and
gauges for part inspection. Interpret and follow basic blueprints
and work instructions. Stay on your feet throughout the shift,
moving between multiple machines. Perform regular quality checks
and send defective parts back for correction. Collaborate with
setup operators and communicate effectively with management about
any issues. Essential Skills 2 years of manufacturing or industrial
work experience. Proficiency in using digital micrometers,
calipers, and gauges. Ability to read and follow simple blueprints
and work instructions. Capability to work independently in a cell
with multiple machines. Experience working with small parts on a
daily basis. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience
as a machine operator is preferred. Experience using digital

manufacturing facility that specializes in automotive and
agricultural parts. Our clean and constantly upgrading environment
houses 50-60 employees. The available position is on the 2nd shift
from 3 PM to 11:30 PM. We maintain strict attendance policies, and
appropriate attire includes jeans, a shirt, athletic shoes, and
protective eye and ear gear. Enjoy the flexibility to wear one
earbud, provided you can still communicate effectively and remain
aware of your surroundings. Job Type & Location This is a Contract
position based out of New Haven, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range
for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements
apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification
and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
