Compensation Up To $100,000 Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing daily operations to ensure production targets are met and quality standards are maintained. 2. Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. 3. Supervising, training, and mentoring production staff to promote a high-performing team environment. 4. Ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations. 5. Collaborating with other departments to optimize production processes. 6. Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. 7. Conducting regular quality control checks and implementing corrective actions as necessary. 8. Managing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. 9. Leading and participating in cross-functional teams to improve overall operations. 10. Reporting on production metrics and performance to senior management. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry. 2.
