Job Description:
SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level
attorney with commercial and transactional legal experience with a
strong background in licensing, professional services and managed
services agreements. This is a great in-house role offering a high
base, bonus, growth potential and the ability to work primarily
remotely. Candidates must be able to commute to the Jersey City
corporate location and this role will require 25% travel. The
successful candidate will have strong academics and 5 years of
corporate legal experience working with financial services and
technology companies. Legal compliance expertise is also required.
