The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and will represent clients in landlord-tenant disputes, ensuring their rights are protected and advocating for favorable outcomes in litigation and negotiations. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on landlord-tenant law and related real estate issues. Represent landlords or tenants in court proceedings and mediation. Draft and review lease agreements and other legal documents. Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes amicably. Provide legal counsel to clients on their rights and responsibilities under the law. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Minimum 3 years of experience in landlord-tenant law or real estate litigation. Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
