Compensation: $180,000 to $250,000 bonus based on billable hours.
Schedule: Mon-Friday - 4 days a week onsite (negotiable after 90
day probationary), 1,850-2,000 billable minium Structure: This
position offers substantial opportunity for client origination
which is awarded with an origination credit of around 25%. All
employees are eligible for a 10% discretionary year-end bonuses,
and merit-based salary adjustments are consistently offered. In

seeking an astute and experienced attorney, operating at a
Partner-Track level, to assume a leadership role in high-stakes
corporate and regulatory matters within the expansive healthcare
sector. The successful candidate will spearhead complex corporate
mergers and strategic affiliations for clients across a spectrum of
healthcare industries, including medical practices, pharmacy
services, dental enterprises, veterinary medicine , and hospital
systems. Core Responsibilities: Authoritative drafting and
meticulous negotiation of a full range of governing instruments and
commercial covenants. This encompasses various critical agreements
such as operating documents, management service contracts,
professional employment arrangements, specialized purchase and sale
agreements, and revenue cycle management contracts. Furthermore,
the role necessitates the provision of authoritative counsel on the
intricate domain of healthcare compliance, specifically navigating
core federal and state anti-fraud regulations. This involves
delivering proactive, business-focused solutions regarding
self-referral prohibitions (e.g., Stark Law),
remuneration-for-referrals statutes (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute) ,
and state doctrines governing the corporate practice of medicine
and fee-splitting. This is a client-facing position that mandates
the capacity to translate complex legal issues into pragmatic,
strategic business directives. Qualifications: A Juris Doctor
(J.D.) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law
school. Mandatory active Bar admission in the State of New Jersey.
Willingness and ability to waive into New York State Bar is a
strong preference. A minimum of ten (10) years of focused
experience in healthcare transactional law, with a demonstrable
history of leading and successfully executing M&A, joint
ventures, and complex contract negotiations. Profound, working
knowledge of critical healthcare laws and regulations, including
but not limited to the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) ,
and state-specific regulations concerning the corporate practice of
the professions. Proven capacity to draft, review, and negotiate a
wide array of sophisticated corporate and commercial documents.
Exceptional academic credentials, superior written and verbal
communication skills, and a high degree of professional deportment.
Preferred Skills: Active Bar admission in the State of New York
(NY). Demonstrated experience in client origination or a portable
book of business that aligns with the firm’s practice areas.
Advanced proficiency with financial management, document
management, and e-discovery platforms typical of a modern legal
practice. Strong commercial and business acumen, enabling the
attorney to deliver creative, pragmatic, and commercially viable
legal strategies. Experience advising clients involved in emerging
health technologies or high-growth private equity transactions
