Job Description:
Beacon Hill is seeking attorneys with labor and
employment-related claims experience to support a new client matter
with an Am Law 200 firm. This is a fully-remote opportunity,
although candidates must be located in a jurisdiction where the
firm has office locations. This role will support the firm with
handling a high volume of labor and employment related claims. The
ideal candidate will be experienced and confident in navigating
EEOC and other employment-related matters alongside firm attorneys
in supporting this client. Key Qualifications: 3 years of
experience in employment law, particularly in defending corporate
clients and/or government agencies. This role will assist with the
review, organization, and response to a volume of
employment-related claims Must have strong legal research
experience, being able to identify supporting information behind
individual claims Must come with experience managing EEOC matters
and other traditional labor grievances Federal Court experience is
a plus Proven ability to support volume of matters, helping
streamline workflows, and work closely in support of larger team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Beacon Hill is an
