Philadelphia is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join the
legal team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience
in handling high-stakes personal injury cases and demonstrate a
commitment to achieving justice for severely injured clients. Why

Details Manage a caseload of catastrophic personal injury cases
from intake through resolution, including trial. Conduct thorough
legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare
discovery responses. Represent clients in court appearances,
depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Develop case
strategies and work closely with expert witnesses, including
medical and accident reconstruction experts. Communicate
effectively with clients, keeping them informed of case progress
and developments. Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to
ensure thorough case preparation and organization. Prepare and
present cases at trial, including examining witnesses, presenting
evidence, and making persuasive arguments. Qualifications: Juris
Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to
the Pennsylvania Bar. 3-7 years of litigation experience,
preferably in personal injury or catastrophic injury cases. Proven
trial experience and strong courtroom presence. Excellent legal
writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to handle a
demanding caseload and work independently in a fast-paced
